ORDER This 14th day of November, 1991, the appellee having moved to affirm the judgment of the Family Court dated June 18, 1991, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 25(a), and it appearing that said motion should be granted since it is manifest on the face of appellant's opening brief that the appeal is without merit because the issues raised on appeal are clearly controlled by settled principles of Delaware law, and to the extent the same involve matters of judicial discretion, clearly there was no abuse of discretion. To the extent that the issues on appeal are factual, clearly there is sufficient evidence to support the findings of fact. Levitt v. Bouvier, Del. Supr., 287 A.2d 671, 673 (1972).
